These terms describe use of My Material Plan, a tool for estimating home-project material purchase quantities. Contact appsdevacademy@gmail.com with questions.

What the estimates mean

Results are planning estimates based on entered values and any selected package record. They show arithmetic quantities, selected allowances and package rounding. They are not a quote, an order, a promise of availability or a guarantee of usable material remaining after a project.

Your inputs and product checks

Check measurements, product identity, units, package sizes, coverage conditions and selected project specifications before relying on a shopping list. Verify the current manufacturer label before purchase. Products can vary by region, variant, finish, batch or format.

Excluded decisions

The service does not determine structural thickness, spacing, capacity, foundation dimensions, reinforcement, engineering specifications, electrical or gas sizing, plumbing capacity, HVAC sizing, code compliance, permits or whether a project is safe to build. It does not calculate hazardous-material treatment. No result is a construction design or safety certification.

Limits of quantity models

Area models do not optimize cutting layouts. Wallpaper calculations support free-match and straight-match full drops only. Carpet calculations model rectangular runs in your chosen direction, without designing seams or patterned layouts. Decorative volume calculations use your depth and do not specify a base or drainage system.

Saving and availability

Projects are stored locally when you save an area. Storage may be cleared or unavailable, and data does not automatically synchronize to another device or site address. Keep a printed copy when needed. The service may change, be corrected or become unavailable.

Content and external sources

Guides and hypothetical examples explain purchase planning. Manufacturer links identify particular package facts; they do not imply partnership, endorsement or responsibility for external websites. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Use and rights

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent its estimates as professional designs. You may use and print your own material lists. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No governing jurisdiction or legal entity is specified without confirmed operator information.
